Generally positive. It is exciting to see the company grow and I like the people I work with. At times I would like to see things move a bit quicker, we sometimes still run the business as if it were a smaller company but that actually makes us less nimble.

We need to raise the bar for employees in a positive way. EDiscovery is not particularly hard and there is no reason our employees can't be the best, but we won't get there by reprimands. We need to encourage people to be the best.
