Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I work on this project as a trainee for 3 years and my domain knowledge worth more than my actual position gives. Moreover my salary will not change in this year because I was hired as a full time employee last november, I wasn't informed about this condition during my wage negotiation.
