Negative. We're not allowed to give constructive complaints to the managers about safety issues, the policies that are handed to us by corporate, expired items that expired 1-48+ months ago. There is no set way to do one thing so there are employees getting in trouble for what another manager said.

The team I work with are almost all very easy going and fun to talk with and work with. With very few exceptions, most are very hardworking as well.

The managers at the store that I work for has a horrible reputation. It is hard to apply for other places here while stating that you worked in management position. The managers are known for not treating their employees correctly and punishing them for following policies that they should enforce.

The inside management is allowing expired product and tobacco to be sold. The hours are barely increased although business is picking up exponentially in the department I work in. The allotted hours that is allowed is normally cut in more than half even though we are busy enough. We are forced to work busy days with very little manpower, and everyone wants more hours which is allotted by corporate, but the store management declines this, which is severely hurting employees.
