Overall it's been positive. I am excited to be at a high growth company. I joined because I wanted to grow - the only downfall I feel at the moment is that there is not the clearest growth trajectory within my role right now. I also am not sure I see a ton of upward mobility but more external hires
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel as though I should be paid more for my work especially knowing others in my role are paid more and my lower compensation was solely based on where I am remotely working. I also took the offer because the recruiter told me to expect a promotion within 6 months and that was an empty promise.
