Incredibly talented, smart people. Chaotic on some teams, pretty streamlined on others. Not enough resources across teams to get things done properly. Every team has incredibly high targets but there aren't enough resources to go around, and it causes friction with teams on deliverables.

People are really fantastic for the most part, and i love the collaboration/brainstorming opps with folks. In terms of culture, people are just open and nice and generally want to work together to make good things happen

I love being able to collaborate with my peers - they're smart, full of bright ideas, and it gets me excited to think big picture with them. I think follow through is a little harder to implement, because we don't encourage moving fast.

They're very smart people and they have a tough job of sorting the company out to prepare it for IPO. There's a lot of loose ends that they have to work through, and they're trying hard to formalize a lot of things. They're navigating big, organizational issues

They're smart, they've got great ideas, they're problem solving people. They like to work outside of their scope. It's sad to see them trending towards "doing less" bc they aren't compensated/recognized for their work, despite their talent. I've never heard "golden handcuffs" used more at a company.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued and not recognized. I perform well at this company, and have often exceeded the expectations in my role. The transition of different HR programs/deployment of new review cycles impacted many peoples salary. I wont see pay adjustments until nearly 2 years of being employed here.
