Disappointing in recent years. A real lack of knowledge of what truly goes on in the field and offices with arbitrary decisions and policy made every day. And disappointed that an Assistant Operations Manager is considered more important to day to day operations than a Business Manager

Talking to the long-term employees in the offices to see what we really do on a day to day basis. Make management positions equitable and not seemingly gender-biased.

National sales needs to be better educated. Some of the requests and emails lately have been moronic. AEs need to be held accountable to more standards for the amount they are paid.

They do not get input from the proper people in the field before launching new systems. They ask managers who don't use systems daily instead of those managers and employees that do. They need to focus more on the talents in the field outside of the sales realm and cultivate those.
