I have learned a lot. Overall I have enjoyed working for this company and the people I work with. There have been some issues along the way but the good has outweighed the bad for the most part.

Very low stress environment in our office.

We all have the same goal, excellent patient care. Very hardworking and knowledgeable.

We are all from the same community and most of us know the patients and family personally.

I love my job. I am happy with what I do and I like being able to always learn new things.

My leadership team knows me as a person. They ask about my family and my sick husband. They have helped me in times of need.

I like the fact that LHC is always up to date on rules and regulations, and I feel like my leadership team leads us on the straight and narrow of doing things right.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have the best manager I have ever worked with. Very compassionate and understanding. She will go out to see patients and works harder than anyone else. Never ask her staff to do anything she hasn't or wouldn't do.
