Directly reflects the work we are doing in the role. Very fair pay, incentivized to work harder, but not unrealistic or unfair in any way.

Clear vision, with good decision after good decision aligning with the cause. They're also clearly genuine people who care about the work they're doing and who they do it with.

Significantly lower than industry standards. GTM relaunch last year cut pay by roughly one third, partially due to poorer results that the GTM launch and the chaos behind it brought on.

Very tuned in to every single client and spend time working to improve their experience regularly. Each client gets amazing treatment, setting expectations for us. Great role models and leading by example.

Feel so integrated with everyone across the globe. If I was pulled out of my office and placed in one across the world, I know I'd fit in and would be appreciated. Culture is just so strong.

Autonomy and ownership over tasks. This allows you to feel like your decisions actually make an impact, and work becomes much more engaging when you're invested in it. If you faulter, you'll be supported, and if you succeed, your wins will be celebrated.
