Need more supporters. High ticket/chat volume becomes extremely overwhelming with frustrated clients and reps that don't train their clients properly.

Not undervalued, as much as overworked and underpaid. The support team is part of the backbone of the company, but has remained stagnant with promotions/compensation for two years since I started.
