The comradery is great and we all help each other out
At this time, nothing is positive that the company provides. The culture's positives are directly related to the comradery our team has
The benefits are the best part of the compensation package. Microsoft has been increasingly reducing the budget for bonuses/stock payouts. And merit increases are barely even matching inflation rates. Compensation overall does not reflect performance.
My direct manager fights for me. The leadership above him, is terrible at fighting for us. They continually make decisions that is a direct contradiction to what the team needs & how we can best serve our stakeholders.
