Honestly I couldn't tell you. It seems like a high school. Its pretty bad when half of the younger workers are more mature than the managers and gm.
Teaching employees the correct way to do their job and leading by example. They have a hard time doing their jobs but want you to bend over backwards for them.
I am a very hard worker. I went from cashier to team lead within 3 months of working there. When ever they needed me to come in early or stay late I did. Not to mention I was there thru covid too when everyone was getting sick and calling off I still showed up to work everyday.
