
They are all easy to get along with on a personal level.
It was quick simple and I knew right that day I got the job.
I would feel better about my compensation if it was a living wage at 40 hours. Heck it would be nice to get 30 hours period.
The most positive thing about the environment at work is that they are LGBT+ friendly. And as someone of that community it's nice to know I'm protected that way.
I like that my management team is understanding of family emergencies and mental health problems. They're also great about being good people to talk to about personal problems too. They're like a family.
Honestly the biggest problem is accountability. We have the problem of people not doing what they are supposed to. (Ex. throwing away expired product, cleaning up their station before they leave, showing up at all, etc.) And nothing ever gets done about it. It's frustrating picking up their slack.
