Honestly, it's not great. Training when joining was not there. I was thrown into the thick of it and forced to learn. That is fine, but then when I had questions I would ask a sr. leader and get chewed out and told "they are too busy"

Fix the fundamental operations of the business. I understand the need to grow quickly, but we have outgrown our operational infrastructure and it seems like no one cares.

Stop paying sales on when a customer pays their invoice. We should be paid on invoicing like every other software company. We have an AR team for a reason...

Fix the operations (client services & sales). TRAIN people. Don't just give them 2 days of phundamentals and say good luck. Invest in your people and they will invest in the company.

Operational issues. Sales is selling deals we can't deliver on. AMs are left to pick up the pieces but also grow the account. Commission is paid on when a customer pays (when every other software company out there pays on invoicing). This causes a delay of 60-90 days before commission is paid
