A HubSpot for stress and anxiety. There's really no official onboarding; you're pretty much expected to learn the products on your own. It's also impossible to truly figure them out due to an intensive and unsustainable monthly release cadence. Company culture seems cool but is really just for show.

There's nothing really wrong with them that they would need to improve. Rather the issue is that you either fit into the company culture or you do not. However, the meeting cadence is overwhelming and unnecessary.

There's an expectation to work well past 40-hours in a work week which makes you feel more machine than human with a personal life outside of Phenom. Onboarding is virtually non-existent. They basically expect you to figure the product out on your own (impossible due to monthly release cadence).
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
The monthly release cadence is simply not sustainable and is also singlehandedly responsible for the high turnover rate, especially of CSMs and PMs. Even if you aren't a part of those teams, it makes it very difficult to form personal and professional connections with your POCs from those teams.
