I'm, for the first time in my relatively brief professional career, I'm happy with my job and genuinely am excited to get in each day and try and be better than the day before. Also the people I work for and with- I want to succeed for them, and myself of course.

everyone cares about one thing and that's growing this company. it starts from the top down and management has created this upbeat, positive culture with a great vibe.

great personalities. everyone is extremely friendly and personable yet everyone has a different personality. Fortunately all of our different personalities seem to blend well. everyone is driven and hard-workers.

I got to meet multiple people and I learned a lot about the role in the interview. It was more of an open conversation than them drilling me with typical interview questions, which was nice.

They are one of us..albeit with a better salary and more power, but you would never know it. When leadership sits on the floor with everyone and says hello any change they get, knows everyone's name, etc.- it goes a long way.

how available they are and act as one of us. They sit on the floor and unlike other CEOs, they welcome you to approach them just to say hello or discuss a new idea you came up with. No one is more important than anyone else.

everything. I know that's the easy/simple answer but it's true. From the dress code to the people (high level and low level) to the events to free lunches just everything. There's no drama and its fun to come here and work (never thought I'd say that)

close, friendly, everyone is nice and easy to get along with from the start, drive to succeed, motivated and just a great group to work with. Never any drama, stuff is said to eachother's face and not behind backs, responsibility is important to everyone. Couldn't be happier.

As long as I'm doing my job, I'll bonus and the harder I work, the more I'll bonus. Whereas other companies you have to go above and beyond just to bonus, then to bonus big you have to do even more. My comp package is ideal and very fair.

how they act the same as every employee. Most CEOs are in big fancy offices and only talk to other important people, our leaders are on the floor with us at desks and interact with everyone no matter their status. They encourage us to share new ideas and express our personalities which is awesome.
