Getting to spend time with my coworkers as we share in our mission of helping a billion people find the right job. It is as simple as that.

That everyone genuinely cares. People in this organization will truly drop what they are doing to ensure everyone is being helped. There is no shortage of help that goes around Phenom.

This is the closest group of people I have ever worked with. We are just a bunch of quirky, compassionate, caring individuals who buy into the company and buy into the team.

They are such a transparent group. We gain access into what they are thinking about which allows us to pivot so quickly in how we attack the market. I have never worked for a leadership group that is so open, I feel like I can have any conversation.

We have unlimited PTO. When I think about that it doesn't mean to me that I can take off so many days, but when I need to take days off I don't feel like I need to explain myself. I have the luxury of just taking a day off for myself and I know that is totally ok.
