They have done a tremendous job through Covid. Very approachable, feel as though they care about everyone.

It is tough. We got hit hard by Covid, and had to take pay cuts. Some people are just getting by at the moment and are working harder than ever before. I

Everyone can be themselves. Phenom does a great job on day one on making people feel like they matter. When people feel like they are important, there is a want to work harder and be a part of the bigger picture.

Everything. This is why I get up in the morning. To see these people every day is what Phenom is all about. We do a great job of building an inclusive culture where people are free to be themselves. Good luck finding a better culture than Phenom!
