Started a little over a year ago and have already found and seized opportunities to get involved with different groups and projects, as well as career advancement. I feel like I'm constantly growing and learning, and putting prior knowledge to use.

Quickly grew my skill set and advanced in projects enough to be included in a diverse set of projects. Was able to be a part of team re-organization and expansion and took the opportunity to become a manager of a sub-team. Have continued to receive support and experience opportunities.

I can take days when I need them and there's no pressure to "not take time off"

We connect often and are growing together, we energize and inspire one another and know that we can turn to one another for support if needed.

Thus far I've received a fair bonus and compensation increase and hope to continue to trend. Getting reimbursed for internet and wireless coverage each month is really helpful too.

A conscious effort is made to support and boost company culture and a positive and fun work environment, if things get stagnant a new idea is pursued and communicated.

They share insights and communication of goals and help provide team-based guidance for how we can all support those goals. More frequent connection would be nice but probably not possible.

We all work together really well and know how to support one another as needed. We each have our specialties, but can support other projects and branch out when needed.

Working on projects that provide direct value to customers and their support teams, and knowing that I'm helping make a difference and getting to learn new skills and gain experience I haven't gotten the chance to explore previously.

They are hands on and involved, I feel like I could reach out as needed for different tasks or even just to chat. they help provide direction and priority clarity, and assist with getting things moving and addressing problems.

Seeing projects provide value and accomplishing tasks that bring value to the company and our customers. Supporting my team and seeing them succeed and become more self-sufficient. Expanding my skill set and collaborating with a wide range of people.

I can take time when I need time, my health care coverage is excellent, I love that I'm building my retirement, and I have access to a number of different resources and live sessions to provide more information to the different aspects of my benefits.

It is alive and consistently evolving to support the current priorities and topics that are important to it's individual members. There are groups and active initiatives I've joined where we're talking about relevant topics and are coming up with ways to make a difference or share experiences.

We are very close and collaborative, and actively engage one another and seek/provide help as needed. I feel like I can approach people with asks as well as delegate when I need to, and things don't sit without solutions longer than they should to continue progress. My team is amazing!

Knowing that I can move forward on my daily individual goals as well as long term priorities. My cadence right now aligns really nicely, and I know what's expected of me and what is needed to accomplish those tasks.I consistently working on multiple things, enough to keep me engaged, never bored!
