Ashley Furniture: I feel very compartmentalized into specific responsibilities with no chance to grow and collaborate, even though I've openly expressed that I'd like to. I am very underpaid and even though I had a glowing performance review, theres no chance to talk about or negotiate a raise.

Norfolk Southern Corporation: 14 years of employment and each passing year the company’s performance and treatment of their employees get worse.
