It's a dream job. Everything that I hate about corporate America is absent from Snap. People are kind, expectations are reasonable, the mission is clear and valuable, the compensation is great, it's challenging in just the right ways, and bureaucracy isn't bureau-crazy!

Team members are encouraged to assume the best of everyone. There is very little blame game. We are given enough latitude to innovate without fear.

We are genuine friends who CAN meet up outside of work, but there isn't pressure or expectation to do so. We can be as involved as we care to be.

I admire their transparency with company initiatives, and their willingness to engage in HONEST AND LIVE Q&A sessions. I've seen honest, and I've seen live, but never the two together. Very impressive.
