Snap is a good company, but it need to invest in people, at some point we stopped on that and we concentrate on grow and now the people that remain do not get any benefit

We need to get compensation base on the loyalty and time in the company, it is not fair seen bonus given away for people with snap time in snap

They have to listen to their employees, they have to send clear messages if we always reach our goals but we do not get raises or bonus, it is contradictory

I think as we grow as a company, the work become more strict, not many space to innovate, also we are force to work on technology that we do not see any value in it and our comments on that technology are ignored,
