They really try to get to know everyone by name, they're out and interact with the agents, and they field cx calls. They're an active part of the team.

They gave a tour of the facility, you got to experience the environment live before going into the interview room, everyone was friendly and social, all the employees had a smile on their faces and while it seemed a little fast-paced, there was no underlying tension or dissension.
