Improve their efficiency stop complaining about poor management. We could work better if the environment was improved. there's lack of space for employees to work.

When the company bought Time Warner Cable our pension benefits were eliminated.Medical coverage was changed with a large increase in deductible. there were massive layoffs. since employees are now doing double work they're salary should be increased to reflect the extra responsibilities.
