
Consistency, 3/4 of them are terrible for half a dozen reasons. Don't care, insanely inexperienced/useless for help, infinitely selfish, completely terrible at actually "leading" their team.
Not paid a living wage. Commission structure is about 7-10 years behind the times, it rewards everyone a small amount no matter how well you do. Instead of rewarding top preformers.
Better pay, none insane and impossible goals. Those goals need to remain consistent in their difficulty and amount they pay. Hire people who are brown nosers and selfish culture needs destroyed.
It was easy, only though because I got lucky with who interviewed, they make the overworked and under paid supervisors do the interview s and some of them go on a power trip with it.
They could be slightly educated and not a bunch of lazy people who talk over you when you're trying to talk to customers like monkeys. Learn it's a career and some people care about their job.
