Working at Spectrum has become a daily challenge. There is no diversity in upper management. There is no Diversity in ISP. Overall, the company cares more about meeting metrics instead, of caring about the employee. Management has enforced a mentality that the employee can be replaced at any time.

I would look at the qualifications of the individual and hire the best candiate instead, of using the buddy system.

I feel undervalued because, compared to the national range for my postion it does not meet the average median. Yearly 10 cent raises are at most a JOKE and a slap in the face compared to other telecommunication companies.

Leadership needs DIVERSITY so, other minorities can relate too. Leadership uses the common practice of the buddy system instead, of hiring qualified individuals. Human resources should investigate the reason why qualifed minorites are being denied for positions vs unqualified individuals.
