EVERYTHING!!! If you are a field tech or Maint tech, the is zero appreciation for anything! We're just a number.

Customers for the most part love the field techs and Maint techs. Other than that, most of them despise the company. They say it's 100 times worse since Charter took over.

We are treated as a number not an employee that keeps this company's every day operations going. We are put in awkward positions with customers and because we are the face of the company so many of us take the blunt of the angry customer being lied to and mislead.
