They are not responsible. Call out of work a lot.

It is pretty basic job so I know what to expect and handle anything that is thrown my way very easily
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For doing 99% of the work, i feel that the hourly rate is very low. That does not boost moral of the employees one bit.
