This company has no culture established. Their retention rate is abosultely dreadful. This means that the senior leadership that somehow survive dictate the tone and pace of the work place which can only be described as dread and sorrow.

The best thing about your team is that they are also in the hell hole with you. It forces you to grow a bond and look out for each other due to the fact that leadership is always looking for a scapegoat to pin their mistakes on in order to avoid accountability.

There is no leadership. Managers are only there for themselves and refuse to help any of their employees rise in the career. It is normal to work under 4 different managers within the same year. The retention rate of managers is abysmal. Managers are awful because they are treated awfully by U-haul.

feeling undervalued is an understatement. You are nothing more than name tag to them. You are forced to keep their illegal practices a secret but if something goes wrong your head is the first on the chopping block. Also, The better you do at your job the more likely your weekends will be taken away
