What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The employees I worked with had poor attendance issues. And the manager was a walking paradox in his own practices. While he was training us he showed poor leadership skills as he would talk down to and about not only the crew, but also show discrimination against certain customers.

Corporate doesn't seem to listen to the lower people. Especially when it comes to what needs to happen at each store
