Management has anger issues. Do not give you a fair chance new hires at all. I've completed my 123 punch in my booklet. I was on level two. I would like an opportunity a chance to be a team member again I feel like I was treated unfairwithout warning. I was terminated then I got a text at 9 o'clock.

Learning how to treat your good employees U-Haul can't understand why there turn over is so high well it's because they don't do anything to keep people

Helping new comers with the U-Haul procedures - It seams as if they are all working to cast a stone.
Listening. They never listen, they just nod knowingly but do not hear what people say.
Not be so buddy-buddy with eaxh other. No acccountability. Nobody for lower staff to make a complaint.
My general manager verbally abuses me and she fires people like crazy. I have been working there the longest out of my whole team and I have only been there 4 months. So the entire team seems to get replaced often.

Working better with neighbor dealers like us, every uhaul facility has been cooperative except the manager at the Northport Florida Pan American location, & to make matters worse there the only ones in the area with many trailers during this shortage
