Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd feel better if I had more control over investment of my funds. I'd also feel better if I could afford to have the max invested every paycheck. Which I can not afford so I'm stuck investing very little. I'd also like to see more emails educating me more on finance and how to grow wealth.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was taken seriously. When I told my recruiter about my goals to climb up the company ranks. And save uhaul lots of money on repairs and installation process of anything electrical. J could save the company tens of thousands of dollars. On contractors fees.
