I am really happy overall. My manager is great and I have a lot of respect for the VPs of Product Development and Product Management. The work is challenging but the expectations of management are generally reasonable. My schedule is flexible and I appreciate the option to work from home as needed.

Overall I am really happy. I love the opportunity to work from home. My work is pretty challenging and I really enjoy working with the teams that I work with.

Overall, I'm happy. I am able to work from home for a reasonable number of hours per week on a flexible schedule. I have a really promising career path and a manager who genuinely cares and is a great coach for me.

I don't feel like I need to play politics. I feel like most people that I interact with are all on the same team, even if we are in different departments.

The target market for our product is more defined than ever. This has been a marketing initiative but has also required buyin from the CEO as well as product and sales. In the past we have had a "throw pasta at the wall and see what sticks" approach. The current approach is much better.
