direction from leadership is oh you are unhappy with something? find a new job. more work added on that you aren't getting a raise for? deal with it. Zero communication from our VP, no department meetings or anything to create a healthy department

Investing in the employees at the bottom instead of constantly hiring more VPs, Directors, etc. Leadership team is also extremely out of touch with how most of the employees live.
