Salary bandings, I know my peers are paid more. More holidays, its not always about money, put in some form of care for the unexpected - redundancy, life care etc.

My experience so far at WorkForce has been rewarding, both professionally and personally. The opportunity for growth has been great! The role that I was hired in to do opened the doors for advancement in a short amount of time. Hard work pays off in the right company.
