Aiding in the successes of my Executives and being recognized for it.
Overall the pay for executive support with numerous years of experience is on the lower end.
Compensation for Executive Assistants ought to be higher, especially when bringing 10+ years of experience and expertise to the table.
Again, the pay could be worse but should be higher in my opinion, especially for those with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Again, compensation for support personnel ought to be higher, especially when you see what your Executive counterparts who greatly depend on you are making.
I don't work on a team per-se, however the Executives I support are extremely kind, easy-going, allow and trust you to do your job without micro-managing.
