I am extremely grateful to be part of such a great company, I am proud of what we do as a whole, I love my mentors, leadership and our entire work family... Even though it is not easy it is always worth every challenge, I feel we all do our best to shine and represent AEVEX Aerospace globally!

First year, my experience was overwhelming; nobody trained me, It felt uncomfortable and I had no idea what I was doing or why. Now, after a few years, some training, and my sink-or-swim approach, I am doing much better, and I am grateful the company has acknowledged and working to fix this issue.

For my immediate department team we are all hard working and work well to meet the common goals of the department and the company as a whole.

our pay doesn't match industry standards along with minimum wage on the rise for type of work we go and the cost of living along with gas have gone way up - minimal perks and health insurance is costly for the employees and household

I have never been happier with our leadership team. Although very new to AEVEX, I am pleased with our manager and the method of management style. I feel heard, appreciated, and continually encouraged to take on new tasks or even to do better with tasks I struggle with.

I feel we are becoming better with our culture and our environment; recently a department member who is extremely negative, controlling and very had to work is now a little better, still occasional outbursts but not like before thanks to leadership and coaching. I love our AEVEX care factor!

The worker bee culture that cares about their work ethic and help each other out is most positive since some leaders don't have time to train or assist and makes it difficult to learn and grow especially no train system or current procedure manuals in an ONLY TRIBAL KNOWLEDGE environment.

Mostly the people. The love of accomplishing mutual goals, and the passion for wanting to keep our core company values in heart and mind as we sharpen our skills together to complete our tasks and the ability to celebrate our accomplishments and try to learn from our struggles although challenging.

I feel the Aevex leadership has heard the team in regards to the issues and requests and is doing a great job to accomplish a strong and unified team, with surveys, suggestion boxes, and creating action items to create positive change and awesome follow through. I am grateful to see it!

The type of work I do makes me happy, I especially love learning and having a full understanding and having a sense of accomplishment; which can be challenging as it is fast paced always changing & re-prioritizing and still lacking in training but getting a little better...I love the challenge =)

The direct team within my department is unity - we are all struggling with the same thing - training and we are working together to be communicative and learn as we go and create processes and move away from tribal knowledge; however, we still need our leaders to lead & train and be available.

in my specific area we are a great team and help out each other as needed our leader of the team is grateful and helpful and lets us know we are doing a good job wish that others would do same and not undermine our leaders authority and give them the same support our leader shows us.

Finally feeling confident in the tasks, I am doing after struggling for so long and now have a better understanding of how all our different tasks tie together. I am now more excited to be at work and see what new things I can learn and share and even explain the why. Each day is better and better.
