There has been a lot of change over recent years, but its all change that moves the organization in the right direction. My biggest complaint is pay and the quality of health benefits both of which I am confident will improve over time. AEVEX is an excellent organization to be a part of.

The challenges that come with it. No two days are the same and there is a never ending list of things needing to be accomplished. I enjoy a heavy workload

I had to leave the company and then come back to get my compensation to where it is at. Newly hired PMs are hired on at that same rate and have a smaller workload.

I appreciate that our culture encourages collaboration and problem-solving, even when challenges come up. The environment is supportive and allows me to stretch beyond my role, which has given me opportunities to learn and grow.
