I work at a location separated from my corporate office. My company makes a concerted effort to recognize people's efforts, offer personal growth opportunities and treats employees as valuable parts of the company.

The leadership team makes the effort to keep employees current on "company happenings" via Ask-the-CEO emails, social media posts and company-wide announcements. The managment team actively seeks employee input on various topics, gaining buy-in that motivates people.

My favorite part of my compensation package is the 401K and dental/optical coverage. I'd love to see a package that allows us to purchase partial ownership of the company, but I'm happy with the benefits I have.

The medical/dental/vision/life insurance benefits are low-cost, affording all employees the ability to enroll. There seems to be a bit of a pay difference between newly hired employees and those who have been with the company long term, but that is likely driven by current market conditions.
