I don't feel supervisors should be remote in some sections like mine. This creates inefficiency's, miscommunications and does not allow team cohesiveness/synergy to adequately represent the talent base of the individuals in those sections. Base on TS scale of operation, leadership should be local.

The leadership team leverages and trust the talent it has hired. Micromanagement is at a minimum.

It covers a large majority of my personal needs. It seems to be competitive as compared to other employer packages that I have utilized in the past.

The culture and the environment mostly has a positive mindset on providing adequate support to DOD programs. I admire the level of dedication put in by certain people within the company to build capability to grow Tactical Systems.

I feel like I have the ability to tackle new challenges everyday. Some of them are successes and some of them are not, but every challenge I face at work allows me the ability to reflect on how to improve when im presented with future challenges.
