Been here for 8 years, the company culture has shifted in a negative direction and feel that is a main reason for some senior people leaving. Fast paced, challenging role where the senior ES AEs pick up a lot of the slack from the CS side.

Our leadership team is incredibly transparent and are thoroughly invested in us as employees which make it easy to work here. I've never felt as if I wasn't an incredibly valued piece of the larger Meltwater org!

I feel Meltwater could look into updating their compensation plans to be more competitive in particular markets, rather than having a flat salary for employees across the board where taxes, etc. fluctuate from one city to another.

Our leadership team truly cares about the employees on their team, their development, and their long term goals. Everyone is transparent with their team which creates more trust and shared goals, which is vital to growth and success.

More competitive compensation model more similar to what we had several years ago. The base salary isn't competitive, especially when you take equity into account. The fact that the most senior salespeople have 0 equity in the company is laughable. Provide equity to the senior & most tenured ES reps
