Everyone is extremely supportive and willing to help. Since everyone is promoted from within, my managers, directors and full leadership team have all been in my shoes at one point or another!

They're very transparent with their goals and have been in our shoes before, given many of them have been with Meltwater for 10+ years. They're very involved and don't hide behind their office doors, which makes the culture at Meltwater even more aspirational.

Since they mainly/only promote from within, all of my direct managers and directors have been in my shoes before. This makes for a very healthy level of empathy and they can truly speak to some of the challenges we may face on the day to day.
