Smile Brands has provided me with a tremendous number of opportunities to advance my career and help it grow, for which I'm very grateful. I can't think of any other company I would rather work for.

Very engaged and passionate about making the department and the company better.

Working with lots of passionate people who have a common goal of making our company the best that it can be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Company and its leaders embrace a win-win culture and take several actions, big and small, to promote or demonstrate that culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to receiving feedback from the business teams and their direct reports on what is working and not working well in the business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with a group of people who care as much as I do about making the Company as successful as it can be.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health insurance premium is less than $500 a year when I include my HSA contribution from the Company. Plus the Company implemented a 401-K match this year.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the healthy balance the Smile Brands leadership team strikes between investing in the success of the business and its employees both personally and professionally...leading with a authentic win-win mentality!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Time was spent explaining the culture of the business and I felt that there was a healthy balance of time spent assessing my skills as well as my ability to fit well with the Company's culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Company offers an excellent HSA healthcare package that allows me to contribute to my HSA account and the Company matches a portion of my contributions. In addition, the Company covers almost 100% of premiums for individual healthcare plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel fortunate to work with such a talented and dedicated team. The level of collaboration amongst my team and across many different teams is to a level that you don't often see within most businesses I've worked for in the past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Company invests a lot of time & resources to ensure all team members interact with one another in a respectful & inclusive manner. Everyone is encouraged to embrace a mentality of seeking win-win outcomes which creates an environment where people feel safe to express their points of view.
