They are visible & approachable
Working with family members & working on new projects
They get What They pay for, which is not enough for skilled & knowledgable employees. Most are content with the minumum to get paid
Micromanaging is outdated & horrible for morale. Flexibility & autonomy can go a long way with most employees. Updating "the way things work" into the 2000's is sorely needed
There is no pay transparency. I recently found out I'm underpaid by over $20k & have to negotiate just to get a fair wage for ky position. There needs to be transparency & meeit increasePerformance/merit increases are nonexistent. Benefits are paid by company but charge "fees" for weight & smoking.
