There is a lot of open communication between teams. So there is never really any anxiety about not knowing something or needing to find an answer. People are happy to help and there are multiple channels for find answers throughout the company as a whole.

The use of the unlimited PTO and flexibility of your schedule (at least in my department) really seems to be a positive thing. Leadership doesn't say anything negative about putting in for a two week summer holiday. They just confirm coverage and tell you to have fun.
