I've been in this industry for over 15 years and I think AEVEX is one of the best out there. I would like to see more incentive bonus' to specific department when accomplishing on time delivery to the customer.

More PTO for longer term employees
Based on employee feedback, we adjusted our PTO plan for 2023 so that employees' PTO accrual rates and caps increase in accordance with their years of employment. We also added an additional week of PTO for all eligible employees.
