My overall experience is as follows: Executive leadership that has been part of the French Valley location prior to Aevex, cares more about the money in their pockets than their employees. They are more than willing to cut corners to save a dollar. They encourage and push for quantity over quality.

Project planning (have a complete plan and be fully prepared prior to begging a project). Managing manpower (use your people wisely). Be proactive vs reactive (plan ahead). Put Lean Six Sigma to use (find more efficient ways). Choose between Quality or Quantity and make it a standard.
