The company has made great strides however the day to day aspects that lack. HQ is good they deal with concerns in a timely manner. The leadership on the day to day in French Valley is the problem. Nothing changed here the upper management is still toxic and unwilling to change in meaningful ways.
I've had a great experience here. From peers to leadership everyone is approachable and friendly and genuinely care. The perks lack in some areas but make up for it in other areas. The job is both challenging and fast paced without feeling much pressure. A great work/life balance.
The questions asked were all positive and no questions in the negative sense. However, I am thrilled at the company though I am not confident in the future of the company, I do enjoy the work we do. We could definitely improve and bring back paid lunches and possibly increase 401k contribution
Overall, great company, people and mission. Perks are hit and miss, a lot are useless.Fitness, education are good but could be great. Also removing snacks was a hit to morale. Benefits are good but could be better: more PTO/payout of PTO, better dental/eye insurance, larger 401k match.
Best part is salary and the parental leave
The people make the culture great.
Everyone can be personable and relaxed.
Everyone is laid back and approachable
The free lunches is by far the best perk
I enjoy my work. Keeps me thinking, involved, and the people
Being able to complete the mission with friends and the free lunch
I genuinely enjoy the work we do, and believe in our mission
Everyone is very personal and approachable with any issues both business and personal
the people all push to get the job done. We are mission based here
Leadership, seems to genuinely care about me and want to help me succeed and move up
Somehow the team seems close knit even though there are a lot of employees at our location
Everyone still knows everyone though being a larger company. We all get along and can complete the mission
Everyone gets along well. Everyone is more than willing to help out. People here genuinely care about each other.
The upper level doesn't hear concerns and ideas to fix our problems. In turn they penalize the wrong individuals.
Every one listens and has a good attitude. They know what needs to be done and they do it. effectively
Leadership seems to care about me as a person but in regards to the professional side of things it is lacking.
The type of work and job title and the fact I feel like I have a positive role in the process
Most of the leadership is easygoing and helpful and communicates what is going on within our dept and company as a whole.
We all understand the mission and what needs to be accomplished and we can rely on each other for it to get complete
We all get along, all stay as long as we need to accomplish the mission, and were all dedicated to achieve the goal that we all believe in.
Company has removed benefits; Christmas party & bonus,Changed 401k contribution to only match,Lost pto hrs,Holidays no longer recognized as work week hrs,Raises don't keep up with CoL or inflation,Responsibility doesn't match pay Pay that matches CoL, inflation, &responsibility would make it right
I think we're paid well. The perks quality have been lowered (Snacks and drinks were removed) benefits with 401k match could be better but not terrible comparable companies offer higher 401k match. I couldnylt care less about the eap and other items that noone uses. Education reimbursement is okay.
In French Valley, we were raised to market value. However, market value for the country doesn't hold true to an expensive area. I am now making market starting wage, So why stay here? On the shop floor the leaders don't get compensated for the responsibility of running the shop/dept.
