I believe in AEVEX and have for many years. They have given me experiences no other company ever would have. I have worked for Enormous companies like Lockheed Martin and LM can't even come close to AEVEX. AEVEX is growing but everyone treats you like family, as it was 8 years ago for me.

My overall experience at AEVEX has been great. I have nothing bad to say about. AEVEX has been very good to me and my family and I have learned a lot and AEVEX has allotted me the opportunity to grow with in it. AEVEX is a great company.

I have worked here almost 10 years. If I did nto LOVE AEVEX i would not have been here for this long. I have worked for bigger companies and smaller ones as well both in the Aerospace industry and private sector. AEVEX is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

I really like the 401K, and the medical package. I know the cost for the employer is really expensive and feel as an employee it works very well.

Making sure all my deployers are taken care of and able to complete all tasks I have set forth for myself and making sure our customers requests and needs are met and exceeded.

We are all striving for the same goal and we all have one another's backs. There to help each other because we know that together we are stronger as a team then as individuals.

How upper management includes everyone in the management team on getting information out to us and keeping engaged with us as a team. Not just saying what the Culture is here at AEVEX, but living by it.

That it truly seems like family and that everyone has each others backs and supports one another. There is no back stabbing or anyone trying to what ever is needed just to get ahead. Everyone believes in the AEWVEX values.

Everyone truly cares about everyone as a person/human not as a employee #. When someone from either the executive team or your personal teams asks you how you are doing they truly care about you and what you have to say.

Helping people deploy, and also knowing that what I am doing is helping our soldiers who are deployed do their job and get home safely to their families. I also get to interact with people daily which I love to do.

All of the Directors and Senior Directors stay highly involved not only in what we are doing as a team and the amount of communication is fantastic!! I always know what AEVEX's goals are and where we are trying to get to.

The leadership team does a great job in letting us know the vision of where we are going as a company and also informing me of the good and the bad of what I am doing. That team is from Brian, Jeremy, Brady and was Mike Edeker.

Getting to deal with my Team and my deployers. Yes, they can be trying at times, but there is always something different with each deployer. When someone is told they can not deploy due to whatever, it is very gratifying to help solve that puzzle and get them deployed.
