The proposal team has incredible adaptability. We work with 3 (soon to be 2) on our team and we manage tasking as it comes to ensure we get it out concisely and on-time.

I trust them. I hear them make mention of what their goals for the team and company are and I watch them takes steps to execute it. They communicate clearly and continuously check in to make sure that the staff is happy and has all adequate equipment to perform our duties.
