I truly enjoy working with my team. Everyone encompasses the AEVEX values. I did not have that same experience before moving over to my current team.

I know that I am worth more than I am paid. I started very very low, position and pay, and while I very quickly moved up in positions, my wages did not keep up.

I went from hourly to salary and because I always work overtime, I took a big pay cut in my annual earnings. Furthermore, our health benefits this year are not as good as they were when we had Blue Shield. My out-of-pocket has increased.

My response may be too personal for an anonymous survey. My salary went without a review for over a year and then I changed departments for the fourth time, moving up within the company and still did not receive a review on my salary. Rather, I lost OT by going salary.
